Definitly.. there was a big arguement on here about this last week. D'Brick hasn't allowed many sacks to some of the best.
So far he's definetly worth the pick.Chad wouldn't be able to throw to Coles if he's sitting on his ass.We have a good foundation for the future with him and Mangold.
even though i wasnt high on the pick. all u have to do is watch our oline last year with jones at LT and look at it now.. its like night and day.
Last year you could have made the argument that Jones was our best OL, the rest of the line was THAT bad.
moore is still terrible.. but this fly under the radar.. but watch him this game you will see what i mean.
Love the D'Brick pick so far. Let's see where he's at in 2008. As far as the rest. Pretty good except they seemed to have bombed in the third round.
I agree. Moor hardly ever gets criticized on this board. He was horrible last year and this. The line had a good game today, but in general he sucks. And I love the Ferguson pick. He was the smartest move and he's done a great job keeping Chad upright this year.
Brick's getting better with run blocking, as evidenced this week, and he's already an above-average pass blocker. He should be a force in '08. pdefinately still liking the pick.
Yes it was a great move passing on a QB and taking Brick at 4. Mangold, Washington and Brad Smith were also great picks but we also should have taken some beefy DT.
Definitely. Against some of the best in the league--Freeney, Seymour, Taylor, etc.--he has more than held his own, and I liked his run blocking today...
Mangold is a BEAST. Center is a hard position to play, and he is doing a very good job so far. Ferguson has been great too for his position. Leon Washington and Brad Smith have been great too.
