McClendon hasn't played in the NFL. He got injured at N.C. State and with him being chunky to begin with, it just ain't happening for him. He was a tough inside runner in college, though.
Jerricho is the absolute man. I've been a supporter of his from the very beginning and its nice he is finally getting the opportunity he deserves. And for the record I remember the preseason of his rookie year when he was making play after play everyday and Herm would always shout, "No one can stop that number 8-9!" But for whatever reason he didn't get his shot under the Herm regime, but Herm did like him. Here are some fun facts I found about my boy Jerricho: -Of his college career 3,119 receiving yards, 1,169 came after the catch. -Tied for second in ACC HISTORY for 100-yard receiving games -Joined Florida State's Peter Warrick as the ONLY two receivers in ACC history to record 200 career receptions and 3,000 career receiving yards. -All-Atlantic Coast Conference first-team selection (received more votes than any other player, except teammate Philip Rivers) after leading the ACC in receiving yards (105.3/game) and receptions (6.62) as a senior. His 86 receptions and 1,369 yards are both the second-highest in ACC and school history, topped only by Torry Holt. So again, the kid can play and I'm so happy he plays for the Jets **NOTE** At my fantasy draft I drafted him in the 15th round (16 Teams) and everyone was like, "Who?!?!", and he's been a very productive #3 WR starting in my line-up each week.
