A new ERA is rising with the Jets. This could be the beginning of something GREAT.

I kind of feel that we could have a new era. If Mangini turns out to be great and he retires at 55, we could be set at HC for another 20 years. Or for another thirty years if he retires at 65. We should win at least two superbowls. It would be hard to win more than that when you have BS calls by the officials always going against you. Anyone one feels there will be another BS call agains the jets this Sunday? When was the last time we had a BS call in our favor?

My dream is that Eric Mangini is the coach of the Jets in 2015. That will mean we will have won at least one Super Bowl, and will have changed the perception of this team for a generation to come.

A stable franchise, marked by a continued run of excellence (double digit wins each year and a couple of Super Bowl appearances). Just like the Steelers, Raiders, Dolphins of old, the Cowboys and 49ers of yore. (Imagine, 30 years of not missing the playoffs? Mind boggling.)

And then, when one of us aldecockers mentions the infamous phrase "Same Old Jets", people just stare blankly back at us.

If that all comes to pass -- and God help me, I'm starting to believe, Eric won't merely be a "Mangenius", he will be our MANGENIE. May we hold that lamp forever.

As long as Eric Mangini is the head coach and Chad Pennington is behind center, I see this team winning a Super Bowl in the next 3-5 seasons!

Penny is done! Lets get his replacement in now so he can learn his way.
We have more holes than swiss cheese. We need running back, quarterback
and then we can talk about a new era! Penny is not leading anybody, anywhere!!

that was one game, one pass, he still looks 2 shaky back there.
Probably worried about taking another season ending hit!
