I don't see any downside to this, it's not like she'll be calling plays... even if she was, can't do any worse than what we witnessed last season. She either knows her shit and will succeed, or she doesn't and will be fired along with the rest of them after the season. Or she could be the new HC, after the rest of them are let go.
Gender doesn't matter at all. I however question that she is deemed qualified by Bowles; I question Bowles' qualifications to evaluate anything. That said... Good for her. Do we really need make a fuss over a summer intern?
I'm not even joking a little bit. What, you think I'm one of these culturally brainwashed dolts who is a part of the go along to get along crowd? You think I won't tell you that a woman has no place on an NFL field at anytime? Well I will, and I have, the league has taken enough PR hits, the game has changed irrevocably in all the wrong ways, the color pink for the entire month of October, this has nothing to do with marginalizing woman, what it has everything to do with is knowing that the game of football is a man's game. Period. I'm sick of the social justice crusade, the gender and sickening homosexual bullshit that has attached itself to this once mighty league and this once mighty game. You may stay weened on academia and warped liberal ideology to pump all kinds of social engineering and cult-like brainwashing into your head and accept it...just don't think it's universal nor something I will ever sign off on. Landry spins.
Since you like to talk tough, I'll assume you can take it too. So I'll lay it down. Smith is no Bill Belichick. But I'd take her over 99% of men and I'd certainly take her over you. So really, you don't get to talk.
This woman will not be on the field. From my read she will be an intern, and learning how to move into coaching. Hell you never know as she has played she may well bring a sense of observation to players regarding technique and analysis of tendencies to train out poor habits. This is not about social justice, this has nothing to do with gender or homosexuality it is to do with equality. Please share your views on black players and coaches because if you are at all consistent in your dated views you will want those gone from the NFL The world spins... BTW fuck Landry nothing to do with this franchise
Has nothing to do with equality, She probably makes a mean ass samich. Although I do see it as a distraction for Bowles, who's already showed he can't focus on football for 60 minutes.
"#3" (Alana Casner) got married in Brooklyn this past January. To Erica Pollock v v v https://www.theknot.com/us/alana-casner-and-erica-pollock-jan-2017 .
uhmm, the only thing i complain about?? not so waterboy, not so. i started this this thread because i didn't see the other one already....and therefore am complaining about it.....in this thread.... as for those who see this as a good thing....good grief.... how about this, instead of applauding this crazy intern hire....we get some ppl in here who know what they are doing instead of playing this political correctness BS.....and don't give me any " she might be a good coach" bs.....i am not hearing it.... this move and franchise is a joke and all those who can't see that are dopes.....plain and simple....
Calm down people. She is an intern. There are dozens of interns who come through the organization every season. There's really nothing to report on right now so this becomes a story. Better than reading about the voices in Mehta's head he insists are sources. She is a PRESEASON inter , and will be gone ( home raising kids like some here seem to feel is where she belongs) by the end of camp, if not before. This story is as important as last season's story about Fitz trimming his beard.
It was a nothing move, she is an intern. Getting worked up over it says more about you than anything. Do you get this worked up about all the other intern hires the team makes? Of course not because they are effectively non-moves that effect absolutely nothing, this one just got some press because she is female. I also didn't see anyone saying how it was a good move, one poster said good for her but that was the extent of that. Keep getting worked up over intern hires if it makes you feel better, I'll just continue to have my say when such threads are started.
So you're basically this guy. The best part is you can't call me out for being a jerk to you because you're anti-PC.
Important question here! When these videos end why do I get the next one up being that lawn mowing guy who looks like an unemployed magician so often?
