damn do we bitch alot.... We are all upset about the loss, but come on man look at our defense in the beginning we looked like assholes out there with no clue what we were doing. Now look at this defense so far the past two weeks it makes me feel like im watching the Jets in 2004 with the big goaline stops when we needed them.

Without those stupid calls by Mangini, and a couple of FG attempts by Nugent, the game was ours. It was still a pretty shitty loss though. I'm sure we'll come out strong next week against Houston.

I think this is what most of us expected from the beginning...a good defense and a bad offense.

Just took 8 games for it to settle in...lol. The offense and the talent we have on offense has come back down to earth...and we hired a defensive mind to be the head coach...and the defense is starting to play like we have a defensive minded head coach.

Which is fine with me..yeah the shutout sucked..but I would take a good defense bad offense over a bad defense good offense any day of the weak. Those are the teams that usually get to the playoffs and win.

There are no positives. Miami beat this team in Chicago. Arizona should've beat them. In this league, every team usually has a chance to upset an "elite team".

Only the good ones actually do it. The Jets are a .500 team and over 45 years, a .500 franchise, (which is probably better than their reputation is.)

It's time to stop settling for "progress", and "looking at the positives." It's time to stop "managing pur expectations" and "being realistic".

It's really only about winning, and the Jets never have done enough of it.

I'm disgusted by this effort...my expectations are a lot higher and always will be.
