So we got Kearse for free, but lost a first round player for a 2nd round pick.
A late pick in the 2nd to beat it all?
    Even nicer spin, thanks.

    I’m gonna go with Mac

    He signed Josh. Nuff said
Unloaded Sheldon for a 2 and Kearse
Unloaded Pryor for DD who should have made the pro bowl
He unloaded ALOT of over paid dead weight ( Marshall Revis Dekart Mangold Harris) none have made a contribution to another team
Top that with Robbie Anderson & ASJ
I hope this off season goes as well

The answer is McCown. He single handedly saved Bowles and McCagnans job. This team was every bit as bad as the pundits said with Petty or Hackenberg behind center.

I dont give any of these jokers credit for a 39 year old QB having a career year.

Disagree.I think it was Robbie Anderson alone. He carried McCown and this team on his skinny back.

Bates? Is anyone really heaping praise on the guy responsible for grooming quarterbacks? It's like a second grade teacher with three kids in the class, one who is old enough to be in the fourth grade shining with his Dick and Jane and the other two as dyslexic in June as they were in September.

It is interesting. Not one vote for Bowles/Rodgers so far.

I edited the poll to allow users change their votes. Go ahead and make the change if you wish.

I can't really give any credit to Rodgers.
We blew way too many 4th quarter leads, and I felt the Defense could have played better.

Likewise, Bates did not accomplish anything with the young QB's, although that was a tall order.
So can't give much credit there, but also won't assign too much blame.

I liked the job Morton did overall, and want to see more of him with some better talent added.

Bowles was a mixed bag. I think he accomplished the high level goal of moving the team forward, getting them to buy in, and generally motivating the team (despite looking like he's asleep). He also did well with the 2 new Safeties, his expertise.
But easily can criticize the blown 4th quarter leads, lack of 2nd half adjustments, and the overly conservative approach to coaching.

Mac for the most part I liked.
Give him credit for bringing in McCown, for the trades, the under the radar pickups, and promising draft.
Overall this team needs a lot more talent, so he still has his work cut out, but I'm encouraged at least.
If I had to pick one, it's Mac, even tho it's not perfect.

I'm surprised Morton/Bates is leading this poll. If you ever read the game threads, you would think they were the reason we lost 11 games. Looks like Gruden is about to take the Raiders job and word on the street is that he wants Morton on his staff. See we can't have nice things.
