    Last week: http://forums.theganggreen.com/showthread.php?t=15084

    This week:

    - CB Justin Miller (112.000 votes) is still 2nd among Kick Returners. He's trailing Chiefs WR Dante Hall (115.000 votes). Titans CB Pac Man Jones is 3rd (42.000 votes).

    - MLB Jonathan Vilma (89.000 votes) is 4th among Inside Linebackers. MLB London Fletcher (93.000 votes) kicked him out of the Top-3.

    - FS Kerry Rhodes (72.000 votes) is still 4th among Free Safeties. He is chasing Madieu Williams (73.000 votes) right now.

    - WR Laveranues Coles (263.000 votes) is still 5th among Wide Receivers.

QB Chad Pennington dropped out of the Top 5 (Steve McNair replaced him).
CB Asante Samuel kicked CB Andre Dyson out of the Top 5 mainly because of his 3-INT performance last week.

Alright, thats about it. Kerry Rhodes and Justin Miller should make the Pro Bowl and im pretty sure they will. The other guys probably wont.

the only glaring player who deserves to be elected would be Rhodes or maybe Miller at KR.

but if Rhodes doesnt make it than the PB is a bigger sham than once thought.

Agreed. Those would be the only disappointments for me if they didn't make it.

I have no idea how Rhodes isn't top 3.

And what the fuck has Dante Hall done in the past two years? He hasn't done shit since that one year that he had like 3 punt returns

there are the occasional dante hall sitings...after the 4 TD year in 03 he has only returned 4 for TDs including only 1 this year
because of his name he only has to make 1 play a year...
i think he is worthless, but he has the name...and that is what the pro bowl is all about
while miller is the best KR in the league...he does not return punts which is the only thing hurting him
he may have to return another to get the attention he needs

MADIEU WILLIAMS?!?!?! He plays for Cincinatti correct?... arguably the worst defence in history of this league...... How can he possibly be playing better than Rhodes who has huge numbers and is playing on an improving defense. This is an abomination.

Get over it people, it always has been a popularity contest so don't act surprised when our guys haven't gotten noticed....

Especially if your not a hyped up early draft pic...it usually take 2 good years to get into your 1st probowl, the first year used to mainly make a name for yourself/take the league by storm....

I think it's a bunch of B.S. myself. (just like Michael Strahan's sack record)

So true. I can't stand when Giants fans talk about how he has the record. I don't think anything in sports makes me so angry.

I was thinking, if the Jets played this year's GB 16 times a year:

    1. Pennington will be passing well over 4500 yards.
    2. Did I mention his 32 TD passes?
    3. Houston will run 1600 yards, and he will score his own 32 TD runs. (Watch out, Tomlinson.)
    4. Bryan Thomas! 24 sacks! (That will shred Strahan's record, as I recall.) - not to mention, his 16 forced fumbles.
    5. Kerry Rhodes and Andre Dyson will have whopping 16 INTs.

It just happened once, so that Giants did play just about every perennial loser in the whole league during the entire season - and they got to the SB that year I think. They came away with two posterboys in the process as well - Jason Sehorn and Michael Strahan, both of whom are pretty mediocre, to be very, VERY generous. My point is: Strahan's sack record is not a testament of the fearsome DE that Strahan is, but rather the testament of what a soft schedule Giants have been playing that season.

Though it ticks me off our guys aren't getting more notice, I would gladly trade all Pro Bowl appearances for a deep run into the playoffs.
