The way it ended for him in Pittsburgh and the moves Cleveland is making it wouldn't surprise me if he signs with Cleveland so he can stick it to the Steelers twice a year.

I definitely think that the Jets should pull the offer and tell his agent to tell Bell to shove it up his ass.
He's waited a year to get paid.... We are pretty much the only game in town for his services.... And he's stalling? For this long? Screw him! Like I said I'd go after Ingram and Coleman.... I never wanted Bell anyway because I figured he'd just use the Jets to get more money from another team and never sign here anyway. I also don't like players who hold out or sit out a year, and don't like signing FAs who are already 27, have a ton of mileage on them, and have only played in all 16 games one in their careers. I like the bold. Let's do it!
I fully expect us to now do nothing offensively both in FA or the draft..certainly not in the form of playmakers.. Just a bunch of run defenders & developmental OL to appease the masses who seemingly dont care or flat out dont want playmakers on O.. I dont know whats worse.How god damn AWFUL this offense continues to be..or that fans are content w it & will convince themselves that we can win w solely defense/OL in a scoring league.
Seeing as Coleman and Bell have the same agent, it's not likely he wouldn't know. That being said, let's hope the Jets were smart enough to propose a 1 and 1a scenario to the agent. If not Bell, then Coleman.
