I said he was a bargain in 2021 which is why we should keep him. you said he would make less then most rookies which isn't true. That's all I pointed out.
If he goes back to pro bowl form you would rather have him on another team and instead have some 5th round rookie lol. IDK why you want the guy bad so gone but it makes no sense for us to trade him away unless some team is dumb enough to give us a 1st and they won't be

    We can agree to disagree.

Also, I feel Mosley will be traded by JD. When that happens his trade value will be answered.

We need to rebuild and in these times that has to happen fast. The days of 5 year plans are gone. Observe the Dolphins. We need to accrue a lot of high round picks and start infusing a ton of young talent into this club. Mosley's value to us now is that he can get us more blue chip young talent. We can cash out on Mosley both talent wise and salary cap wise this season and begin fresh and stronger going forward. Its not personal, its just proper rebuilding.

we can agree to disagree on whether we should keep him. but it's pretty factual cap wise and draft pick wise it's a bad move. one that won't pay off ever. we won't save any cap and we'll get a low pick in return. we aren't getting a blue chip player for his draft pick. it's like a 1 in a million shot for that to happen

Top LBs are worth a bag of Funions.

Just a joke. If we cant get a top pick for Mosley we should probably keep him.

ah gotcha. it's not that LBers aren't worth much. it's LBers due to make over 16 mil in 2022, 2023, and 2024 who are pushing 30 and haven't played in 2 years aren't worth much

A bag of Funions could be worth quite a lot to the right person. But, I agree with you about LBs and would prefer Funions over a LB most days of the week. But mainly, I wanted to comment on the bag of Funions. I think you are underselling their worth.

you just seem so off on your valuation of what Mosley could get us. I’d be shocked to get a 2nd or better and think we would be lucky to get a 3rd.
