Actually, anyone who was hoping KC would suffer is going to love this because it extends da Herms life in KC.. IMO- This is the Type of Team where Herm's Mentality may actually work... Until a team exposes his Defense that is... so basically, He may win in Indy (Run Defense) but he's done vs any other team he faces.
there should be more options than "No. I want Herm to fail." But I don't like Herm. I don't like what he did to us and what he's doing to Larry Johnson. I don't like how he took away our leverage and left us getting a 2nd day pick.
I'm still a little annoyed about the ay he lied to us and left us but I am very happy w/ mangini and I still appreciate what he did here so yes I am happy for him but I was rooting for SF yesterday more b/c I hate Denver.
I don't have anything against the Chiefs or the Broncos. Herm is just plain lucky sometimes and as we all know, its better to be lucky than good. I wonder just when his luck will run out in KC....
I was annoyed at first but now the thought of a Jet - Chief AFC Championship game (no matter how unlikely) makes it worth it... Oh I could only imagine the sermon after that loss... "Men!!! It's only our first loss in 2007!!! We're still 2-1!!!"
Remember this? "It's like getting on the bus. Some people get on the bus and go to the back. Some people get on the bus and ride in the front. It doesn't matter as long as you're on the bus. We're on the bus." God, it's all coming back to me now. Though highly unlikely, how funny would it be to face him and see his clueless face on THE OTHER SIDELINE? Duh, Where's the clock? And who took my Kool-Aid?
I'd rather see the Chiefs in there then Denver. I've got nothing against Herm--the Jets are just as well off without him then they were with him.
herm got lucky, that pisses me off soo much, DENVER HAD TO SUCK AND LOSE TO SAN FRAN how do u lose to san fran with the playoffs on the line..? same with cincy
Not at all. He's an idiot. However, I'm extremely happy for Larry Johnson, hell of a running back who I always underestimated.
I wish him well in KC, so yea I'm happy. Not overjoyed, if the Chiefs hadn't made it I wouldn't really care, but I'm happy for him. Plus, it keeps open the nearly impossible possibilty of a home AFC Championship game if us and the Chiefs make it. There's is no way I think either team will get that far but I like to dream.
