Who do you guys think we should get in the draft and free agency. What are the main problems the jets need to fix. Gimme your opinion on all the offseason moves you think we should make to get the jets back into the playoffs and win the superbowl
Our most important needs are on Defense. We need a Pass Rusher, a shut down corner, and a soild line. On Offense, we need a feature running back and more help on the OL. Some FA players to look at is: 1. Asante Samuel - I think we need a shut down corner that fits into Mangini's system. He know Mangini's system, he worked with him for many years in NE. The question is will NE tag him so the Jets can't get him. 2. Adalius Thomas - He could be the run stoper we need. He will cost a lot. 3. Michael Turner - Schottenheimer is very high on him. Getting him will cost us a pick which will most likely be a 2nd rounder. 4. Nate Clements - He is as good as they get. One of the leagues best corners. Some players in the draft I like is: 1. Lamar Woodley - Mich 2. Rufus Alexander - Oklahoma 3. Amobi Okoye - Louisville 4. Michael Bush - Louisville - if he goes pro I hope we get Asante Samuel to improve the secondary. I hope we draft Lamar Woodley with our 1st rounder, he will be great in our 3-4 defense. For running back, I want Portis but highly unlikely. Michael Bush or Turner will do. As for improving our O-Line, I think we can get them with our high picks. The only thing I'm worried about is the Defensive line. Who is out there that we can get?
