I'm going to butcher this one, but my all-time favorite Herm moments was going into a huge game at Miami. Someone from the press asked Herm what he thought the key to the game was. "The Key to this game is the hot dog vendors. If I can hear the hot dog vendors from the sidelines in the third quarter, I know we are doing well" Again, I reconstructed the quote form memory.
