I have a feeling when all i said and done, we probally won't have a pick in the 1st. We will trade it for Turner or trade down to get more value if no one is there that is a position of need.

1st off, like Ecko and I have said before. LaRon Landry is the best safety maybe even DB in this draft.

But Nelson is a legit 1st rder. and this is coming from a Noles fan. what was impressive about him is they had him in a "centerfielder" role most games where hed make pre-snap calls and would float to wherever any ball went based off pure athleticism.

nelson probably could play corner too though and would be pretty solid with run support from the position.

but in all reality i would want alot other players before him. depends whos available. if the legit OL/DL 1st rd prospects are off the board we really need to just go BPA. and im hoping it would be Sydney Rice.

that is if carriker, blalock, woodley are all gone. which they might be.

either way theres alot of depth for us to get a good player in rd 1 this yr.

    you're right.

and it seems most people forget about Free Agency. i don't care what Tannenbaum said about not being active in Free Agency; maybe we will, maybe we won't.

but if we land one solid guy that fills a pressing need (i.e. OL) then that gives us all the more flexibility in April to take BPA.

    cheers
