I just rewatched the game..... using FF of course. At any rate... overall painful... but it wasn't all bad. Leon Washington looked great. Chad's 2nd drive would most likely have resulted in a touchdown had Cotch not been called for the spiking the ball.... Which I really thought was a bad call. I really don't think the rules were meant to address what he did. His last drive moved the ball via the ground. Had they opened it up, I think it would have gone even further... 3rd and 8 and they ran.. (Hackett in the house) Doubt they do that if they are trailing during the regular season.
You kid is amazing by the way! (got another one on the way myself) The Chad drive was great but its finishing the drive that really counts. Just look at the time of possession and the amount of yardage to see how poorly the Jets played. Its great that some players stood out , but the overall result was a disgrace! The decision to run on Third and eight was based solely on Maginbi say Sorry Chad (or add your choice of QB)I'm taking the ball out of your hands. we Played extreamly poor and theres no other way to look at it!
According to your avatar, it looks like Chad was put in a reverse time machine and re-named 'Baby New Year'. Hehe. Good stuff. I love when folks make their kids - or kids they love - sport their Jets groove. Represent! And, hey, DBJ. As you were.
A pick is a pick... a turnover is a turnover. I didn't see Brady's, but unless you know it was picked because the receiver screwed up the route, which is not always easy to know, then it is what it is. Trying to say that Brady looks better when he throws his INT's is as humorous as it is ridiculous.
One, he didn't see the guy. Obviously his fault. Happens. The other he was falling down with a defender wrapped around his waist. Probably should have eaten it. He was trying to make a play. Won't happen next week.
Yes, in fact the only real throws he had were the two picks in the game. The other completed passes were all accomplished by his on field stunt double. :breakdance:
