I always wonder if its the players or agents, in this case I think its the former.

Come on Abe your getting out and your getting your money stop being an arse.

Fine Abe, you cry every day & I agree to send you away for ATL's 2nd,3rd, and 5th round picks...that seems fair

The bottom line is he screwed the Jets over by sitting out of training camp last year over the franchise tag, and so, the Jets are returning the favor. They shouldn't budge on this.

Arthur Blank will blink. If he doesn't, then they don't have a deal. Abraham is worth a hell of a lot more than a middle second rounder, and if Blank wants him bad enough, he'll figure something out.

If Abe thinks he deserves $18 million, then he should know that he is worth more than a second round pick. Abe should be pissed at the Falcons.

Abe and Atlanta is a non-issue until the Falcons come across with the goods. Doesn't matter how cozy they feel with each other, it's all an illusion until Atlanta stops trying to shoplift our property for less than market value.

As far as I'm concerned, the Jets should be prepared to let him sit in limbo from now until the end of his career before they allow the smartasses from Atlanta to have him.

There is no deal, no agreement nothing, until the Jets get either that 1st pick or Schwaub. And if Tannenbaum caves on this one, he should be put to death.

I love this man. Screwing abe is the best. Holding out for that 1st pick from the Falcons is an awsome job by the Jets new FO.

Tanny is doing a phenominal job as GM already. As long as he keeps holding out until Atlanta gives in, I'll be satisfied. Just don't fold like Bradway would.

lol not going to Herm Edwards Day Spa training camp was the best thing he did coming back 10 lbs heavier and ready to roll.

it doesnt matter Abraham can complain he knew he was leaving he wants it over with. But nothing happens until the Falcons up the ante or Abe will find himself in Seattle by Sat.

Who gives a shit what Abe wants? If you're Tangini, are you willing to get bent over to make him happy? It's not like we HAVE to trade him. Anything less than a 1st is not worthwhile IMO.

It doesn't matter what John wants at all. A second round pick is a pure rip off for us, and there's no way in hell we should take that deal unless we get a player out of it too. I can't think of who they have that we could ask for, but they must have someone. Make it TJ Duckett and their 3rd maybe, or Duckett and their 2nd. I dunno, but Abe straight up for a 2nd rounder is absolute BS.

If Abe wants out so bad then he can give the Falcons a reason to give up their 1st like signing for less. I am happy he's outa' here. He has proven time and again that he is only about Abe. He refuses to play hurt and has let the team down. He is fragile both emotionally and physically. See ya'! Don't let the door hit you in the ass Abe!

ATL is truly trying to rip us off...FO needs to stick to their guns and get a 1st rd pick....without question ABE is worth a 1st rounder.....sick of Abe's whining we got the upper hand...sorry Abe...... its about time

i know, he is a baby it's true.

Watch, he goes to ATL and plays 3 16-game seasons in a row. Racks up 40 sacks in those 3 years. Typical outcome for an ex-Jet (see Santana Moss)
