    Both Bill Belichick and Bill Parcells went through growing pains, when they started their careers as head coach of their respective teams. Mangini will be a Mangenius. He's just got to work out the kinks. And I'm proud he's doing that with the Jets, and I hope he's with our team for a very long time to come. One day, he will be great, and I hope he's given the chance to get there with the Jets.
