You may be right about that last point..but you can't knock the preview two drafts like that. We've had multiple rookies contribute off the bat.
I'll see your optimistic prediction, and raise you 3 Chad turnovers, 1 FF and 2 INTS. Jets lose in a laugher, 38-17.
Im calling it now, Jets give up 150 to Lynch, Chad throws 2+ ints, and the Bills win once again by 7 or more. The only chance we have at winning this game is hoping the defense comes to play and Manmoron grows a pair and benches noodlearm at halftime.
Chad throws 2 interceptions in the 4th quarter, and the Jets lose. Sound familiar? But Manginus announces after the game that Chad will be our starting QB for the next 20 years and gives him a contract extension.
37-27 in favor of jets losing??? u gatta be fucking kidding me, i know we suck, but we play buffalo at home, they barely squeaked by us last time in buffalo, and our players will be fired up.....don't ever go against the family again Fredo!!!
negative bastards, chad's ganna put up 3td's in the first half, then sprain his ankle and kellen will put up 3td's in the 2nd half, "boom"-ari gold
I have that "feeling" again that we will win, just like last week (sigh) We can honestly win this one, I mean its the Bills, they aren't that great, and Trent Edwards might be good but he is not a magician... winnable game, its up to Chad (sigh) to play well
If Chad doesn't throw INTs and your STs play well, then the Jets will win. The Bills simply are a horrible offensive team that depends upon the defense or STs to score or set up scores. As a Bills fan, it pains me to say that, but it's the truth. The Bills are red-zone impaired with the most conservative OC in the NFL in Steve Fairchild and a rookie QB who throws check-downs at least 3/4 of the time and seems to be developing a tendency for throwing untimely INTs (but he does it with "poise"). The Bills used up their quota of deep passes for the next couple of games last week when they tried three. Fairchild's quota for play action passes and screen passes are 1 of each per game, not matter how good they work. 5 offensive TDs with only 1 passing TD for 1 yard, in 6 games speaks volumes about how bad the Bills are on offense. The Bills D will make it hard to score, but how many TDs does it take to beat a team averaging 14 points a game? If the Jets D comes up big, I could see the Jets winning 7-3 or 9-3.
Since they beat us the Bills went on to almost beat the Cowboys and then beat the Ravens. I still think we can beat them but the reality is they are playing a lot better then us ATM.
Your year looks a whole lot like our year at this point. But I think we have turned some corners you still have not. Don't look for this to be low scoring. If the Bills didn't cave in under pressure with the cowpies, they won't in a visit to the meadowlands. Ya'll got a fight on your hands.
I see us losing by atleast two touchdowns. Something like 28-10. Right after the game Mangini will continue to say "I saw some good things out there today. We just need to stay the course. And yes chad is our quarterback."
Hate to say it, but I think Bills +3 is an absolute lock as a wager... buy it to 3.5 for an ever better edge... Trent Edwards is no joke... Bills have a run game, and we can't stop the run... If the Bills get behind, they have Lee Evans and a strong-armed QB to make a big play... On the other hand, if we get behind, we have Chad and the DND offense to complete 3 five yard outs with 50 seconds in the game and then throw a pick six...
I would like to say that a week is a long time in football. We are doomed to another loss. 32nd by monday night
With all the fair weathered fans we have that go to the game...there is no home field advantage for the Jets right now. If I was on this team I would much rather play away.
Wow I can't beleive all the negativity on this board. I'm a Bills fan but this should be a close close game I think. You guys should have won last week but for a bad snap sadly by an Ohio State Alum. Sorry bout that LOL.
