Good outlook but I strongly disagree with you on this point. If we trade down we will not go offense Davis nor any RB proposed is even on our 1st round radar. If we sign Runyan we will get Mario if hes there at 4 if not we will trade down hopefully to 7 with Oakland. We will not draft Davis nor DeAngelo or Lendale here. Instead we will get the bigger impact position. NT! This is where I feel with the defensive mind of Mangini, Ngata will fit perfectly into this defense. Ellis/Ngata/DRob Thomas/Hobson/Vilma/Barton That will be our front 7 going into the season and Ngata is just the kind of player we need to free up our LB's. This is how we will build our team. RB position can be had with a later pick. But I truly feel Ramsey/Pennington/Bollinger will do for this season. As will Martin/Blaylock/Houston/Late Round Pick. Offensive weapons will be our aim in the later rounds or in next years off season. This year its all about building a solid young defensive unit. Similar to the Ravens way back when they won the SB. Ramsey will have his one year flier to see if he can control this team and direct us to some victories. If he is successful then we just might see a quicker rebuild then we figured but our defense is what next season is all about. Ball Control offense and Ball hawking defense. Youth
