Screw the OLB/DE experiment. Did you see his fumble run? He should be getting a few carries a game.

I was laughing so hard when he picked up the ball- I thought he'd just run straight at somebody and try to hit them hard.

Nope, I was wrong. Bro started juking, stiff-arming, and ran to the outside LOL

Harris might be the steal of the draft. He's an exceptional player. I hate proclaiming players to be the next great thing (which I said about Vilma) but Harris seems to have "it"

    That was sick......

For some reason I feel like we had an extra player on the field.

The 3 lineman wer Coleman, Robertson and Mosley/DeVito, and Ellis was playing some linebacker, he was even in coverage a few times

It's like we were playing a 3-5 and took a safety off the field at times.

Take off a DB and add an extra lineman, that will sure make the D bigger

All I was thinking during the game about the scheme/playcalling was "where was this all year"...on offense and defense.

I know you need to time to build new blitzes/plays into the defensive scheme, but you would think they would have installed some of this as they went along considering how bad the defense was playing.

Give credit to the coaches... They figured out that we were getting crushed at the point of attack on defense and used a bigger front 8 to get the job done. That gave Big Ben some opportunities, but that's okay, because he makes a few mistakes every game. The pressure we got on him was unbelievable, especially after watching our blitzes get picked up every time for 9 games. 7 sacks today vs. 9 sacks in the first 9 games. It gives me some hope for next year.

just wait until we get some more talent on the D too.

i'm now even more convinced that we should load up on picks and build the D.

today we saw the potential of creative schemes with the players we have now. add someone like Groves or Gholston and some beef on the DL and this D could be lights out eventually.

Gholston is a man beast and what he did to Michigan and Henne was insane. As much as I would like to see a buckeye on the jets, I dont know if Gholston is a good fit for the 3-4

Right..now imagine a NT, and Dewayne insted of Mosely/DeVito, with Ellis upright, and breaking in Chris Long...
