    Eagles | Runyan reaches multi-year deal to return

    Adam Caplan, of Pro Football News and Injury Report, reports the Philadelphia Eagles have reached a multi-year deal to retain OT Jon Runyan. Terms of the deal are not currently available.

    Oh man...bad news. Are there any other veteran OL available in free agency? I find it very hard to believe we can fix our OL through only the draft.

    We still have D'brick. I would loved to have had both, but I suppose something will work out by week one. (You can tell I'm not a fan of Pylon Jones.:lol: )

    This stinks, he was the perfect RT, now we're going to waste a pick on D'Brick and have two LTs.

    So we'll have 20 million in cap room and not use it?

    Did you ever consider that maybe he didn't want to play here, and just used the Jets for leverage against the Eagles?

    You can't make someone sign on the dotted line, contrary to popular belief...

    He used the Jets for leverage plain and simple. On NFL Sirius, they said the Jets and Runyan had a deal in place but he didn't sign the deal and today turned around and resigned with the Eagles
