Some of my favorite Jet wins were under Herm, so I can't be too hard on him. He wasn't a great coach, but he didn't run the team into the ground like so many other coaches have in the past.

I wish him luck in his career. Since, well, talent isn't helping much.

Merciless booing... and then some more. That's the only point of excitement for me going to this game Sunday.

I would like to personally thank him for Leon Washington, then ask him if he's learned to manage a clock yet.

This is the NFL, every team deals with injuries and there are no excuses for sucking as bad as either team sucks.

OH really how many of these teams lose the maybe the best RB in NFL and there starting QB and still look good? People say injuries is not excuse that just a bunch of BS they do matter

how good would the Pats be without Brady? or the Colts without Manning? not saying KC qb is even close to either one of those 2 but when ur stars go down then a lot of the team will suck

I'm also in the "I don't give a shit" camp.

Why dwell on the past? He's been gone for more than 1 season already...I hope that this "Herm thing" doesn't come up every time we face the guy.

Think anyone is going to look back at this season and say "wow those Chiefs would have made a run that year if not for the injuries!"

    Probably not.

His team sucks just like ours and thats the bottom line. He's not a better coach then Mangini. I feel no differently towards Herm then I do towards Groh, Carrol, or Cosslet, etc....he's just another Jets coach that didn't deliver. "Hating" Herm is a waste of time and energy and with the way things have gone this season I'm pretty much spent in that department as far as football is concerned.

You make a good point, but the problems with both teams go way deeper than QB and RB.

that a sign that people really miss him but don't want to admit it.

I agree but my point is that KC has something to build around in LJ I'm still looking for what we have to build around. PLEASE help me if I missed something

I'm not saying KC was a SB team but they had a shot at the playoffs before there 2 mine guys went down. We had no shot what so ever
