    Just watching some old draft clips, most times its Boos not cheers.

    Well Schlegel was an ugh pick but that was a third-rounder. So far so good on the high picks (though D-Rob hasn't quite lived up to the #4 pick yet).

    McFadden or maybe even Ryan would get cheers - depending on how many of the Jets fans in RCMH were the ones that cheered Chad getting hurt in Week 1 :rolleyes:

    It will be both. A lot of people will cheer, regardless of who we pick. Others will boo unless we get the guy they want.

    Agreed.

    Onething is for certain....no 2 jet fans can EVER agree on who they want the team to draft in round 1.

    This is a scary draft because we may get a good player or two but if you look at this draft and the amount of picks certain teams have we are not likely to improve more than any of our rivals. The Pats, Bills and Fish are likely to have as good or better a draft day as us based on position and picks. The real wild card is Ryan. If we get him and he is a top franchise QB he gives us the ability to make a huge jump against our rivals.

    DMac, C.Long, or Gholston will certainly get more cheers than boos, anyone else and I can't promise anything

    I personally don't care what Jet fans in attendance think of the pick, I just want the FO to do the smart thing for the future.
