This is news to me. I guess this year they're including defensive players in fantasy football? Not a bad idea. None of our defensive lineman are ranked (boo!) but David Harris is the number three most valuable linebacker! And...

Kerry Rhodes is the number one overall defensive back! WOO-HOO!!!! That's right- not safety, DEFENSIVE BACK! Way to go Kerry!

The whole list can be found at nfl.com.

Check the TE dept. They have Keller within top 30, but Baker is not in the list. You see, people are much smarter than those morons impersonating athelete.

Wow, sorry to burst everyone's bubble, but Bob Sanders is ranked 23? He won defensive player of the year. Without Sanders, the Colts defense was horrible.

It's fantasy rankings, man...they are based on stats, not overall value to the team. On a team of shitty players, the stars tend to put up big stats.

The key phrase there is "without Sanders." We saw a lot of the Colts without Sanders the last few years. Injury-prone players are less valuable in a fantasy sense. Also, Bob's primary contribution is tackles, not turnovers.

Rhodes, Revis and Harris were all great fantasy players for me last year

I'm gonna make sure that I get the Jets Defense for whatever fantasy league I'm in for the simple fact this defense is full of players who can actually make plays. From Harris, Revis, Jenkins, Pace, Gholston, Ellis and all the way back to Rhodes. This defense can be AMAZING this year if players like Justin Miller can get healthy and play the #2 conerback position, if Coleman can have another solid year as our 3-4 DE but I feel the big key player would have to be Barton next to Harris, Can Barton hold his own and actually stuff the run and take up blocks? If Miller, Coleman and Barton can all contribute I really look for players like Revis, Harris, Gholston, Pace and Rhodes to all lead this team on the defensive side of the ball.
