They would immediately become my second favorite team in the league.

Question 1, i don't think you can answer, unless you've actually gone through that experience. my hearts says "yes", but your probably too consumed with your own team, and teams in your division, to really follow the JETS that closely.

Question 2, my answer is YES. I'm already so involved in this team, that even if they moved, i would'nt be happy, but i'm attached to the players, so i'd have to keep following them.

Stupid question. Never gonna happen. If anything, NYC will get a third NFL team in the future.

"When you're a Jet you're a Jet all the way!"

If the Jets did move, then yes I would have to say I would follow them to wherever they may roam. (I like Metallica) :metal:

I have followed this team too long to turn my back on them and all of a sudden "adopt" a new "hometown" team.

I would try to win with the team I am on and probably have a different perspectve on the Jets' success. I certianly wouldn't try any less against the Jets though.

As for the second question, I think I would continue to follow them as my favourite team, and if a new team came close by to me, I would like them too out of convenience.

For example, if the Bills move to Toronto, I will prob buy seasons, but the Jets will always be my main team.

Your team is your team. I mean how do you all of a sudden stop liking a team you've followed all your life?

I moved to Atlanta in '95, these Yahoo's down here EXPECT that because I live here I should have some type of Allegiance to the Braves, Falcons and Hawks
    NO FUCKING WAY!!!!

I will REMAIN a JETS, YANKEES, KNICKS, GIANTS fan until I take my last breath.

Same thing goes for if you've watched a team for years and are now drafted by another team. You'll always have that allegiance in your heart to THAT team.

Perfect example, BeliCHEAT grew up a Patriots fan, growing up in New England, he's coached for the Giants, (Old) Browns, Ravens and JETS, but his allegiance has probably ALWAYS been to the GAYtriots.

    It is what it is.

This happened to 2 of my brothers teams. The expos moved to Washington and the Nordiques moved to Colorado. He has stayed loyal to the team, not the city. I am the same way...I am a Jets fan for life.
