Favre has a good game, considering the only other talented QB to do anything against the Cards was Jason Campbell. Special Teams has another great outing, unless Rackers does what NE did. Coles shows up. Stuckey continues domination against nickel corners. One INT by Warner. 2+ Sacks by the pass rush. Gholston gets tackle #2. Revis limits Fitz, Boldin gets one against Lowery. The loss of Bert Berry for the Cards is huge, less of a pass rush on Favre. One sack given up.
I predict this will be the first game where the cameras catch Favre giving Mangini a "yeah, whatever" look.
Warner gets hurt on a sack and Matt Leinert has to finish the game. That alone should put us over the top!!
-Lowery plays better then Revis. Although they both play top notch in this game. -Favre throws for 2 TD's. -There will be no onside kicks called by the Jets. -Chris Baker gets a TD. -Bryan Thomas has a sack. -We finally see a Jet team gelling together and playing like a contender.

If it was a team that actually could run the ball - this wouldn't be the case. Arguablly, your run defense is the absolute worst part of the entire team.
I like the "Warner doesn't finish the game" prediction. I like our front 7 better than I like their O-line. Whatever Revis. - Thomas keeps proving me right and gets another sack. - Pace looks and acts more beastly than usual. 2 sacks, the second being the finisher on Warner. - Gholston and Ellis join the sack party. - The offense looks good. - Jets win. I see us coming out fired up at home. Hopefully, the fans stick with the team, cause it'd be a nice advantage to have back.
I just hope our defence can stop them on 3rd downs. Another effort like Monday, we have no chance at a win. If our defence holds them down on 3rd downs, I predict a 27-24 win.

The Jets will be 2-2 when it's all said and done and you know what? Favre will throw for 3+ TD's with zero int's
-With Jenkins back in the lineup, our run defense looks good again. In fact it looks so good that we continually hold the Cards to third and long situations. Then we will watch Bob Sutton expect his cornerbacks to cover Larry Fitgerald and Anquan Boldin for about ten seconds because he will only rush his three down lineman and drop everyone else into coverage rather than send pressure on third and long like every other dominant defense. -I will drink heavily the further I get into the game after watching Sutton's playcalling. -I will then tell myself that Mangini will smarten up like he has the past two years and tell Sutton during the bye week that he better start blitzing. As this optimism will numb the pain. -I will then watch the rest of the game in it's entirety, and ask myself why I obsess upon this football team when there are so many more productive things I could be doing.
