You guys might be curious to see that the Milwuakee Journal Sentinel "Packer Plus" is keeping the complete list of Favre TDs up to date with Jets TDs ... 454 and counting (493 including postseason). Nice touch; "gone, but not forgotten"

Searchable list of every TD pass Brett Favre has ever thrown

p.s. Holy crap, 493 TD including postseason ... I just realized, Favre is only a few weeks away from throwing his 500th NFL TD pass!

    Incredible.

... Meanwhile, back in Packerland, Rodgers gets knocked out of their game after throwing three picks & the rookie backups come in and do nothing :(

I was saying before the Jets signed Favre...That this Jets team has talent all around the QB position...From Thomas Jones and Leon Washginton to Coles, Cotchery, Brad Smith, Stuckey, Baker, Keller and an offensive line with players like Brick, Mangold and Faneca...This Jets offense really has some play makers and with Favre running the show, now we all get a chance to see this offense put some points on the board!

It only took Favre 4 games with the Jets to beat his record of 5 TD's in a single game...Wow...We really have some players on the offensive side of the ball, should be an exciting season!

What a brilliant offensive performance. I think the bye week couldnt come at a better time. Lets get healthy and rape these next three teams.

He threw some 5s but its been a while. Is this a Jets franchise record? I think the NFL record is 7.

FINALLY a thread I can post to!
I can't believe how dumb everyone is acting after this great win.
    The game was Funtastic.
    Favre was awesome.
Negative posters should put a sock in it.

Congratulations to Bret Favre, Coles, Cotchery and the rest of the Jets!

Favre threw 4 in one half against the Raiders after his dad died. If he was left in... god knows it could of been 10.

Anyways, always will be a Favre fan. Glad he played well for you guys, and helped you get a much needed win.

Just hope Boldin is alright. Seriously, a very good player getting hurt like that late...

i always liked the guy. and the fact that he helped the packers make the playoffs (caught a walk-off game-winning TD in his rookie year to end the season knocking the Vikings out of the playoffs and the Packers in) helps

There have been 5 games in the 88 years of pro football where a QB has 7 TDs in a game. Joe Kapp did it last in 69'. I don't think anyone has thrown 6 twice. Not sure though.

I remember that game, the fullback dropped one in the endzone and Favre was pulled early. Bomb after bomb on the money.
