As most of us know, we lost a fellow poster not too long ago. I personally liked reading his posts, and miss his input to the board. I know it's a downer thread, but having been a huge Jet fan for all my life, I sometimes wonder if I'll ever see them go all the way before I'm gone. I have really been energized by this season, and feel optimistic for at least a respectable record. For all Jet fans past and present, lets hope the good vibes continue. As for Greenguy, heres to you friend.

Personally I think he has been pulling some strings for us up there. Having lived threw the hell of bein a Jet fan. There is no doubt that he is lookin down at all of us and smilin. God bless
RIP and condolences to his friends and family May this be his farewell call..... :jets: I'm sure Super Bowl Sunday will be an emotional moment for them :beer: My uncle passed away in '04 and had ashes sprinkled on the field (sect 115) ..... This thread makes me think of him as well :sad:
Green Guy and Night Owl Tom (even though he was a Pats fan) were two of the best posters here. I bet Tom is smiling today after the Sox game last night.
Haven't seen his parents "LVCoach" and wife this season. Maybe it's because we are now at JR's Place on Durango and Russell. Hopefully they will see this post and come out to the games... We miss them....and I miss GreenGuys' posts too....
A read tragedy, and it seemed like such an odd thing. I didn't even know him, but I enjoyed his posts and felt just awful about it. Very sad. RIP, much as before.
