Now that it looks like we are keeping D'brick, where do we go with 29? Mangold could be the choice but I want to see us draft a RB of the future if a guy like DeAngelo or Maroney is there when we pick. We can use 35 on more oline or a de/olb.

Maroney or Addai if Lawson goes off the board as I suspect.

I would be thrilled if D'Angelo is there.

If not, Maroney is also a good pick

Bobby Carpenter or a NT (Broderick if he's avaiable). IF not, let's get Mangold and solidify our line 100%.

Id be thrilled with Deangelo Williams at 29. Add Brodie Croyle at 35 as a potential future starter (and at a second round salary, very tradable if Pennington pulls off a comeback), and our offense has improved by leaps and bounds.

Mangold would be a great pickup at either spot. Another guy Id like if he falls to 29 is John McCargo, DT from NC State. Plug him in next to Dewayne Robertson and our defensive front will start looking pretty good.

This is what I wrote about Addai recently:

I do not think Joseph Addai will be a regular starter at any point in his career. He may have a career like Kevin Faulk. He reminds me of Ronnie Harmon and Richie Anderson. If he does really well he'll be like Johnny Hector and get about 150-180 rushes per season as opposed to Harmon and Anderson who did most of their damage as pass receivers.

DeAngelo would probably have to be the pick if he's there, but I doubt it. Either OL or OLB.

Lawson/Carpenter/Greenway/Ryans/Howard/Gocong/Jennings/Joseph/Youboty/Lutui/Mangold/McCargo/ are all in play at 29 and 35. I just hope they don't reach and waste a pick on a RB.

Our OLBS our starting to be taken withGreenway and Carpenter going at 17 and 18. There should still be a quality player left at 29 but maybe not a top OLB outside of Howard. Hopefully we will be lucky and Lawson will last. 10 more picks beforse we go with Lawson, Ryans being the best value left.

Lawson would be a steal. If not, maybe DeAngelo or Maroney.

When is Winston Justice going off the board?

I wonder how many of you would want to punch me in the face if I said that Youboty could be an interesting pick?

Justice has to be going any pick now. Many people thought he had a chance to go in the top 10. We may end up not going OLB at 29 and I would not be suprised to see us take David Joseph at 29. There are still a lot of the big name CB's left as well. Jimmy Williams and Cromartie. Eitehr way we will have a cjance at a quality player at 29 and 35.

I would love Youboty at either 29 or 35 if Lawson, Ryans, williams, Cromartie, and David Joseph are gone. Most likely Jennings will go around the same time as Youboty probably a bit earlier.

YourBooty would be a good pick but I would like him at 35 rather than 29

I want Mangold, a solid offensive line only makes everyone else better.
