I heard something about the 2010 season having no salary cap, could someone please explain to me exactly how that effects everything? I mean in 2010 could Woody throw around as much money as he wants with no consequences on future seasons? I haven't seen any explanation of how spending during an uncapped year would affect later capped years. I don't think there will be an uncapped year, I think now that Gene Upshaw is gone the league and the unions will find it easier to come to agreement and a new agreement will be reached thus avoiding an uncapped year when the current agreement expires.
