I would rather trade down no more than ten slots. Pick up as few needed picks and still get a good pass rusher.

But I think they will stand pat and pick Chandler Jones. Around 6' 5", 265lbs range.
Jones remind me of JPP. Fast, strong and can play both run and pass.
Short area coverage seems to be good as needed for an OLB in the 3-4.
I just hope he will play like JPP if the J-E-T-S choose him.

Who you folks hope or think they may select?

I'd take Ingram, Mercilus or Upshaw in that order.

I want a better line Decastro if he's there; if not trade back a couple of slots for WR Hill. Why Decastro you say? Well he can play center for us in a pinch, as we saw last year that is pretty important.

Cimini apparently think the Jets could use Decastro at RT. I dunno.

I wouldn't be surprised to see Barron slide into the 20s. Safety is just not an impact position, even if Barron is an "impact" safety.

Rex is extremely high on Coples and Ingram.Getting either would probably mean trading up.

If we trade up its for Richardson

If we stay put and Ingram/Floyd/Barron are off the board then its Chandler Jones

I personally want to see a trade up and get RG III. LOL!!!

Ok, stepping out of my fantasy land...partly...I'd like to see a trade up to the Jags spot if Richardson is still on the board.

Realistically though, I want a DE or OT in the first. Period. At 16 I can't speculate who will be there but those are the two spots I want addressed in the 1st.

Ingram, Coples, or Upshaw. MAYBE Floyd if he's still there.

    Oh. My. God.

What is everyone’s fascination with Chandler Jones 2 days before the draft? A week ago he wasnt even sniffing the 1st round, and now he’s a top 16 pick??? Cmon.

He’s NOT JPP or Aldon Smith. Sure he’s got a long frame, but his explosiveness, first step and athleticism do not even compare. IMO, his best position by far would be a 4-3 end and add 15 pounds.

Barron will go top 15, with out a doubt. Bills love him, Ealges like him and the Cowboys love him... Also hearing SD wants to trade up for him. I would be very surprised if he’s there at 16. He’s a hot commodity.

    Ingram, Upshaw or Floyd

I think all of them could come in right now and contribute. Pass rusher is a must. But Floyd can catch and block. A really good blocker. Both positions fill a major need. Holmes is a dick. Nothing else at WR to write home about.

I bet there are 30 or so teams that would love to have him. I just wouldn't be surprised if about 25 of those 30 teams would rather use a first round pick on another position.

I want them to stay put and take the guy that falls to them... someone who plays a position of need for the Jets will be sitting there at 16 we just need to wait and see who it ends up being.
