This is why I really hate the offseason... I can hardly wait for the stretch between draft day and TC..

It is the off-season a month before the draft. Not much real news or happenings to get excited about.

They should expand the season to 45 games, then we wouldn't have to deal with this kind of thing for months on end.

So far the Jets office has done well bringing in good players this year. If they could
get Cutler without trading or getting rid of a bunch draft pics, it would be a steal.

The best part about this thread is that the OP has a Jets Leinart jersey in his av.

Not to mention one of the best offensive minded coaches in the game in Ken Whisenhunt. He implemented a great system Ben when Ben took over, and I credit his trick play as a huge moment in that superbowl. Ben did nothing that game, and that Randel El to Ward play was so sweet to see.

Actually Ben's junior year he lead his team to the #10 ranking in the USA from a MAC school which is almost unheard of. He also smoked a strong Louisville team in a bowl game that year.

Furthermore, Big Ben only played 1 year of QB before coming to Miami OH. He really had little to no experience playing the position until he got to college.

Ben put his program on the map. Cutler didn't. Big Ben is a special breed. Cutler is not in his class at this point of their careers.

I got a kick out of that, too. Must have a thing for overrated QBs.

Is there a reason we are bumping threads from 2006?

Its funny that you bash people for bumping old threads, then come post in here, bumping it to the top yet again. If its so stupid, why are you playing along?

I came across this thread last night and almost bumped it. I had bumped another thread and it severely affected someone's life, so I opted to not bump this one. I can only hope the dude in the DeAngelo at #17 thread did not kill himself.

They did. We took Faneca and didn't they lose another star just recently?
