Forget about Robertston and Vilma, why make a thread about these guys? The past is the past and they are simply 4-3 defensive type of players...Forget about those two guys, they are long gone and the Jets defensive future is looking bright. Harris and Jenkins are the perfect fits for this 3-4 defense...Forget those guys
i didnt make this thread because i want them back..its because their playing determines what picks we get next april....and i thought people would like to be informed on that
i agree with 624. although my main focus, obviously, is on how the jets play, i'm still keeping an eye on those guys their play directly affects the jets draft.
Vilma ended the game with 9 tackles (7 solo 2 assist)....if a mod wants to this could be changed to "Jets players of 07-08" if you wanna discuss other guys like how someone posted about hobson...but it would have to be moved out of jets thread because those guys dont directly relate to jets anymore..

Thats NOTHING...For a MLB inside of a 4-3 Defense...he should have more than 9 tackles...Look @ what David Harris did as a rookie last year in a 3-4 Defense...He was having games with like 24, 22, 20 tackles...Thats amazing. And I also remember Vilma saying something like "Its harder to make tackles in the 3-4" Harris proved him wrong. All in all...Vilma has lost a step (In my eyes) I wish him the best though!
Jason Pociask burned the defense for a pair of touchdowns in the elementary school pick-up game in the park by his apartment.
vilma leading league in tackles going into the game..2nd round pick so far..does anyone know the % of snaps dewayne robertson has played? is there a link where u can find stuff like that?
I'm stationed in Colorado Springs, so i'm forced to watch the broncos. (not paying that much for NFL Ticket). Anyway, D-rob isn't on the field often. I'm looking for him each play. Best guess, hes' played 25% of snaps at the most. If I remember right, he would have to play like 60+%. Chaulk it up as D-rob was cut.
