Yeah if you have an HD satellite box it broadcasts in HD. Last year there were some games not in HD though, but I read somewhere that all games will be in HD this year.
You have to purchase the Super Fan package as well as Sunday Ticket in order to get Sunday Ticket in HD. The price is an additional $100, but many have been able to negotiate that down to $0 when ordering.
I have had DirecTV for a few years now, but just purchased NFL Sunday Ticket for this season for the first time a few days ago. They didn't give me that introductory offer that new people to DirecTV can get for NFL Sunday Ticket, but they did give me the Super Fan package for free (which includes all games in HD, redzone channel, 8 in 1 channel, etc).
