More bad news for the "His Arrogance" the Coach. Whether it was posted already or not, it bears repeating, Pete Kendall is playing very well for Washington and is already being tabbed as a Pro Bowl and now All-Pro LG. I don't see or hear of Faneca playing as well. Letting Kendall go out of a spite was a firable offense when it happened. $41 million later, it's worthy of burning at the stake.
Didn't Kendall cost the Redskins one game when he tried to pick up a fumble and run with it instead of falling on it, thus fumbling it again? Not that it negates the good things he's done this year I guess.
Pete Kendall is garbage, he was so great that STL got a TD for 6 off his lazy ass. PIT and NYG ran up and smashed that line outside of Chris Samuels. Both he and Randy Thomas are bums.

Fuck Pete Kendall. I can think of multiple LG's I'd take over him, including the guy playing for us right now.
Just wait till he starts bitching and moaning again, then it'll be evident why no team ever wants to keep him around. Like our ole DE Johnny Abe, he'll make plays and look great...for only a little while. It won't be long until the controversies rear their head yet again.

While crying over Pete Kendall at this point is completely useless, Faneca has been a liability in pass protection... He's helped improve the run blocking substantially, but he's been a real push-over in pass blocking, and a lot fo the pressure Favre's had to deal with has come from over LG.
True, I think he and Woody actually lead the team in sacks allowed. Still, just the fact that he's not whining NE/Kendall style makes him an upgrade. Kendall will see that All Pro thing and probably think he should get paid like an All Pro again. I hope the 'Skins laugh in his face too.
We were the second consecutive team that Kendall bitched his way off of. Something tells me the FO was just in dealing him.
Not to mention, Kendall's strengths are the same as Faneca's, so it really doesn't make much of a difference productivity wise... And neither of them is Adrein Clarke, so that's always a good thing
Kendall is slightly better in pass protection but Faneca is substantially better at pulling andgetting to the second level.
3rd, I assume. I'm not exactly sure what happened, but considering Kendall was not old and pretty good when he was released...I'm going to assume he tried to dick the Cardinals too.
