WQAM and Sporting News reports that the Dolphins and Chiefs are close to a deal that would send Dwayne Bowe, and Glenn Dorsey to Miami for 3 undisclosed draft pics.

Ugh. I like Dwayne Bowe. With that running game, he could be absolutely dominant down there.

Why would KC get rid of 2 of their young talented players? What would Miami have to give up? Why is no one other than WQAM reporting this?

Im assuming this would involve a 1st rounder and like 2 second rounders

Dorsey doesn't fit in the 3-4 Pioli is trying to run in KC and Dwayne Bowe has been in the doghouse since Todd Haley has come into town.

Probably can see another guy being mishandled in KC, Derrick Johnson being on the move elsewhere.

If KC cannot land MIA's 1st rounder in 2010, then this is a failed trade however.

This would have to be 2 first round picks. At least.

Wouldn't surprise me to see Ted Ginn involved. I'd imagine Pioli would love what he perceives as a small, shifty receiver to help out Cassell. It's too bad the rest of us know Ginn lacks ideal quickness to go with his blazing vertical speed.

Bowe is overrated, but he's a good fit in Miami. Dorsey is a 3-4 lost cause IMO.

Clayton mentions both players, no Miami.

I just don't see anyone mentioning this trade. Sounds like random speculation thus far.
