The past few weeks have been filled with talks of us possibly making the playoffs and going on a run. I always wanted to believe that talk but I was never sure about this two week span. However, after our win against the Pats I am starting to get really excited about this Bears game. I have more excitement and anticipation for this game than I ever have this year. We showed last week that we can beat a good team in their place. Hopefully we can do the same in our place. I love all the media attention we are getting. I have read numerous articles on ESPN and even USA Today about Mangini and the Jets. I believe we have a legitimate shot this week against the Bears which was something I didn't feel in the beginning of the season. I wish I was going to the game because I know that place is going to be electric. Should be crazy in there. I have a feeling in my stomach every time they talk about this game and I just can't wait. Only 2 more days and its football time.

If the Jets win, the league will be on notice that they are for real. If the Jets lose, the Pats win isn't going to mean a thing. The Gang Green needs to go on a run here . . .

don't get to ahead of yourselves man. Even if the jets loose to the bears,
playoffs are more than likely. Easy schedule after the bears, and besides the
bears appear to be super bowl bound!

I disagree with that. The Pats win is going to still be huge whether or not we win on Sunday. We finally beat them after 3 years on their field.

forget going on a run, just keep winning more than 1/2 of your games
and even better if the league doesn't notice, then we can hit them
by surprise. Still beating the pats in foxboro was needed to prove
to the players that the pats do not own us!

we have to shut down the run and let Grossman try to beat us...i think we can play with them as long as we dont make turnovers.... ALSO i think its important to send blitz's like last week...E. Coleman, Rhodes, Hobson...send em all on blitz's...lets knock down Grossman

Exactly, remember guys this is the same team who let us down against cleveland. You can yell and scream all you want about the baker catch, but we shouldn't even have had to be in that position.

The day is here. 2 great teams representing 2 great cities. A win for the Bears is another step towards securing the number 1 seed, a win for the Jets puts them right in the thick of the AFC playoff hunt. Ladies and genlemen, it's gonna be a good one.

    Good luck.

This is going to be horrible once the Jets lose to the Bears. I can't believe how many people are building themselves up so high.

Don't count your team out. You just won at Foxboro. And while I doubt we'll slip as badly again as did against Miami, if we don't play well and you guys do, the Jets could get a W.

This is going to be tough, tough game to win, or even be competitive in, IMO. However, if the stinking Dolphins can beat these clowns, then why can't we?

If we play like we did against the Dolphins, you WILL win.

Thankfully I dont see that happening. Last week Rex learned how to rebound from a poor start. With Bradley, Muhammud and Berrian all healthy for the first time this year, coupled with the Jets 31st ranked run D, it looks mouthwatering from an offensive standpoint. You'll need Pennington to be on the top of his game today. Avoid going behind early and run the ball well and you're certainly in with a good chance. The Jets are a tough team, the Bears won't take you lightly.

What the weather like out east today?

I just checked the paper and the game is on fox here in Colorado Springs....was planning on working in the yard or going on a bike ride but now I'll be on the couch. It's going to be a tough game but it's going to be a Jets WIN! My wife was the only one out of 30 or so people in her work football pool to choose the jets, I'm hoping she can walk in to work screaming J-E-T-S tomorrow!!
