The title of this thread sounds like a John Mayer song.

Mike Greenberg is definitely a Jets fan. Haven't you seen the fucking whining bullshit on this board? And the idolism of less than mediocre quarterbacks? He'd fit right in.

What do you say about a guy whose dad is a Giants fan, who, as an adult, decided to become a Jets fan after randomly meeting Chad Cascadden? (I was never a Giants fan, since I never watched the games with my dad, whereas his Yankee fandom rubbed off on me big time. The Jets were the first and only NFL team I've been a fan of.)

I took my son to his first Jet game when he was nine. He is now 41 and still roots for the team. No regrets here.

One of my earliest memories is seeing my Dad yell at the T.V. On Sunday's. I was 9 in '86 and we watched every game together that year. Even that ridiculous Monday 45-3 Miami game. I stayed up late for the whole thing.

My son is 5 and starting to notice my Sunday antics.

I'll let my kids choose their local team, but have a NY Jets Jersey always in reach

My dad wanted me to follow the Jets when I was younger, and I think out of spite I would root against them. I bought KC and OAK pillowcases and that just infuriated him. As I got older I followed his lead and now that he's passed, he has left me with this organization that just keeps finding ways to disappoint. But like he said, "there's always the draft"

I fucking hate Greeny, dude is freaking BAD LUCK. Each time he predicts the Jets to do something positive, complete opposite.

If your old man's a lifelong fan of a team. You will be too. This explains me being a Trail Blazers fan. Which is pure sadism.

This cocksucker proclaims to be a Jets fan, but I saw him kissing Robert Krafts ass, while wearing a Patriots Tom Brady jersey. What an ass clown!!!!

Jets fan are so whiny - lots of franchises haven't ever won a Super Bowl and in the past 17 years, since 98, the Jets are probably in the top 3rd in terms of playoff appearances.
