I don't know why people keep saying this. For me, this is like talking about a perfect game in the sixth inning...
We have played 4 games out of 16 its more like talking about a perfect game in the start of the third inning
It is a fun stat but let's be realistic, he's had easily 4 passes that could have been sure picks. Braylon broke one up yesterday that was going to be intercepted by McKelvin. But if your point is that the decision-making has improved dramatically from last year, I agree 100%.
The idea that Sanchez will throw no interceptions this year at all is a pipe dream. It is nice to see that his 1/4 season split is zero.
Haha I know. Before the year I expected maybe a 22td 15 int season but now I think realistically it can be more around a 28-30 td season with 8-10 picks which would be an amazing approvement between 1st and 2nd years. Not to mention if he throws for over 3k yards.
It's worth pointing out because it's a very impressive stat, esp for a guy that threw 20 picks last year
but vick has only played less then 3 games , sacnhez has played a full 4. vick came in the 2nd half of the 1st game, then played week 2 and 3, then got injured in the 1st quarter of the 4th. so he has played 11 quarters compared to sanchez's 16. plus vick had some easy opponenets in jax and det his 2 games he started
You mean it has no effect at all on the actual result, which is highly unlikely to be the desired one anyway?
I'll take almost picks over picks any day. Most of the QBs who have thrown picks have thrown almost picks as well.
