Gameplan on Collins for Week 1?

    Interesting stuff. I thought at the earliest that Collins would start Week 3, but definately not the season opener just a few days practicing...

    The game plan should be to have the DBs practice some INT and tip drills because the ball will be coming their way often in week 1.

    No special prep is needed for Collins..

    I'd expect to see some Vince Young too which could be a problem but Vilma can keep up with him.

    the only starter to worry about is travis henry...he kills us, but apparently chris brown is still the starter

    Jets gotta rush the QB no matter who the QB is. No rush and any QB can pick you apart. Any QB. Thomas had a sack and Ellis has got some pressure in the preseason, but they need more. I'm interested to see if Mangini unleashes Vilma on the QB blitz a few times. 3-4 has more LBs in the backfield than the 4-3, because on any given play you can turn one of the LB's into a QB killa and still have coverage near the sticks.

    gameplan against collins. umm Blitz, blitz and blitz some more. Hes like chad as far as mobility.

    exactly. Just overrun that weak O-Line and collins cant do ANYTHING. I wouldn't be so hasty to say it's a lock. But we would really, really, REALLY have to suck to lose to this titans team.
