    Here is just fine. Aperitivo is served with Prosecco. The pears drizzled with honey with thyme, nutmeg, and rosemary is the best. Blu Giovello is only $9.99 a bottle and it's just as good as some of the pricier brands @Dierking.

    Anche a te! Here's the filling. I put pine nuts, breadcrumbs made from my own bread, pecorino, parsley, thyme, olive oil, and white wine @Dierking.
