Honestly, like all interviews of this type, it was a bit of a fluff piece, but I did like how Douglas said that what he liked about how Saleh did this year was his ability to "teach, inspire, and lead", which I think was borne out by the fact that team didn't quit, and even when they were down ot playing scrubs at many positions, they were still competitive. People who knock Saleh are overlooking the fact that the Jets had the youngest roster in the NFL - a LOT of teaching was needed. Of course the best way to learn is by doing, so the Jets should be in better shape with the guys that return.
