Looks like Packers game is on a Saturday Night early August. If I convince wifey, what a great excuse to see Lambeau Field without bothering about the cold.
I know it'll never happen but, ONE DAY, I'm hoping they do a west coast pre-season game. It's the only game I'll actually pay to go see. When it doesn't matter and count against the season is the best money spent. LOL!
On TV preseason games are so drab. And paying regular season prices to see them in person is some BS but I will say I enjoy watching preseason games in person to see the bottom of the roster guys battle it out
What is not to like in person? People are in shorts, some hot chicks with nice a.ss and boobs. Tons of families with children running around. Games on a Friday or a Saturday so no work next day. And if you are not a season ticket holder you can buy tickets for less than $10 most of the times.
Don't know what our tailgate will look like this year. Lost a few regulars. In the past I would do pre season only because you couldn't get anyone to buy the tickets. 7:30PM for the Eagles on a Friday night in August does not sound all that much fun. Parkway and Turnpike will be a nightmare. I'll be selling that game.
