Jets should sign DeVree

    Pats just cut him, he'd be an upgrade to every TE on the Jets except Keller.

    This is not the Mangini vs BB war anymore. We don't need him for "top secret information".

    Now if he could play......then OK.

    I anticipate the Pats entering the season with three tight ends on the roster. They have too many backs to keep, too many wide receivers to keep. That means that either Chris Baker, Alex Smith, Dave Thomas or Ben Watson will be let go. I'd like Thomas, but I think the Pats would too. I think we'll be able to pick up Smith or Watson.

    6-6 245 and he's been catching and blocking pretty well. No room on the Pats for him.

    id be thrilled to have any of those te's on this roster...ive always liked ben watson...and alex smith has shown flashes over his career...i'd take baker the td maker back but i think that ship has sailed....

    if we can have either ben watson or alex smith im happy as a pig in shit
