Let's try this again. The other thread was full of garbage. Let's keep this one clean The New York Jets announced Sunday they have waived defensive backs Rayshun Reed, Jovon Johnson, Omowale Dada, D.J. Johnson, and Mondoe Davis. The team has also waived linebackers Alonzo Jackson and Jamar Enzor, offensive lineman Pete McMahon, running backs Terry Butler and Ben Moa, and wide receivers Mario Hill and Chris M. Baker. The announcements were made by Jets? General Manager Mike Tannenbaum. This brings the Jets? current roster to 75 players, with the NFL date for roster cut-downs to 75 on August 30, 2006. http://www.newyorkjets.com/news/articles/show_article?short_name=transactions&article_id=861
Steal? Nah, I'm just restarting the news since the other one was corrupted. I have nothing to gain by stealing anything. Please move on.
he said keep it clean, is that so hard? Good for our FO doing this a few days in advance, and i can't argue with any of the cuts. The only one I would of liked to keep around for a little while is Dada; because I liked what I saw from him. EDIT: haha, 3 resonses to his comment in the same minute... classic
here are my thoughts on the fallen 12 DB Rayshun Reed good he looked horrible in the 1st game DB Jovon Johnson poor guy gets cut twice in 2 weeks by the same team DB Omowale Dada i guess the int did not help DB D.J. Johnson good kevin barlow can have his number back now DB Mondoe Davis he was hurt most of tc but he was flirting with my sister when i got his autograph LB Alonzo Jackson aw he wrote go jets at the end of his autograph LB Jamar Enzor who? T/G Pete McMahon he was tall RB Terry Butler wow gets no playing time in all 3 preseason games then gets the ax RB Ben Moa he was in nfl europe WR Mario Hill wow from working with the first team to geting cut WR Chris M. Baker poor chris baker 2 ... oh well at least it won't be confusing in meetings anymore
Well really nobody surprising got cut. Everyone cut was expected to get cut. And yes Dave Ball will make the team. Hes doing well in preseason games.
i havent payed much attention to our man "Balls" but from what ive been hearing hes doing very well...cant say he wont make the team at this pace

with you writing noodle arm in almost every one of your posts while having a non unique approach to posting here...you are pretty much ignored by so many people
The guy looked great against the Jints. I thought he played really well and was a difference maker on the field. One of the real bright spots on the team.
NO DOUBT, Winston ... Dave Balls has been a very pleasant surprise I not only think Balls will make this team, I think he'll be a part of the D-line rotation this year ... and he'll make plays too Balls was a bigtime player in college ... this is no fluke ... he set the UCLA sacks record, single season and career I think we might have stolen one here, my friend
