Redskins | Team expected to release Hall Fri, 24 Feb 2006 20:52:14 -0800 The Washington Post reports the Washington Redskins are expected to release PK John Hall in a salary cap related move.
If the Skins cut Hall because of the cap why would the sign Vinatieri who i would think would cost alot more than John Hall.
There's no way that Parcells and Jerry Jones allow Vinatieri to go to Washington. Vinatieri is looking at being the highest-paid kicker in the history of the game, and my bet would be Dallas. Edit: this is contingent on AV not signing with NE, which I think is the most likely scenario.
How could someone ever let a guy go who can kick a 55 yard field goal and miss an extra point on the following drive?
Most Jet fans think the trade for Doug Jolley was a bust but you have to remember that we got the extra pick which we used on Nugent.
Miller probably wouldn't be a Jet if we didn't make that trade....he would of been snatched up already...
