He may be loyal to SF but if they part ways would you want Mac to go after him? I think he is an upgrade over every qb we have and has all the skills a qb needs. If we can sure up our oline and plug 1 or 2 pieces on defensive he may be exactly what we need to turn this franchise around. I wonder if his politics will make him untouchable in NY....
The only reason I would have any apprehension, is the media circus it would undoubtedly bring. Other than that I'd say he's worth giving a change of scenery to see if he can regain prior success. Not sure what's responsible for his recent slide.
yes it can, he is not really a good qb. he made some plays a few years ago on an absolutely loaded team but he is not good. so add the other stuff and the juice is definitely not worth the squeeze
Is this a serious question? Jesus NO, these threads need to be reviewed before being posted, they get worse by the day
Recent slide??? He's been lighting it up since he came back. I do agree about the media circus but winning solves all of the problems.
I was talking about starting the season on the bench. I will be honest, I haven't watched him since he's been back. He certainly has ability and I agree that he's better than anything we have currently.
Lol Fuckin people were ready to rip genos head off for flipping off a fan and not giving IK 600 bucks. could you imagine the media shit storm if Kaep was here. on top of all that he really isn't that good and he'd want to much money
he had a 2 games where he managed to get his team over 20 points cracked 60% completion twice and they haven't won a single game with him at qb. he is currently 1-5 for 4 yds against the might bears. yea sign me up for this guy
I don't know. I haven't seen him enough to really judge, but from what I have seen, I think of him as a roller coaster ride. You might get lucky and get him on an upswing, or with the Jets' luck, he would crash and burn, but he has the tools. I may be wrong, but I kind of think of him as this era's Fran Tarkenton - exciting and tantalizing possibility but too unpredictable. If Kaepernick produced winning records every season, but never took to the SB, would that be enough?
