http://www.nfl.com/partner?partnerType=players-air-and-ground I find it unlikely that Sanchez will beat Schaub but it is still nice and kinda shocking to see. Who'da thunk that Sanchez would get a nomination before Greene.
Yeah throwing for nearly 500 yards is quite a good game. lol He did throw a pick and have a lower rating though. (I'm trying)
Schaub was insane on Sunday ... and it's sad that he doesn't get the recognition that he deserves for the last couple years he has played McNabb put up over 400 and he isn't nominated??
ahh you're probably right. As a UVA fan, Schaub was my fav player when he was in college. The one time I went to see a UVA game while he was there was the first game in his senior year against Duke. We were late getting to the stadium and missed the 1st quarter. When we got there, I learned Schaub had been injured and was not returning!! figures.
New York has a lot of voters, Schaub could slip under the radar. Not that this means anything but it'd be nice for Mark.
Sanchez had his best game as a pro, Schaub is more deserving, but perhaps in the future we will see the Sanchez putting up high yardage numbers like Schaub did
That would require Sanchez throwing 52 times, that I don't see happening ever under Schotty along with this defense. That game was ridiculous McNabb threw about 40 times and Schaub 52, total of 92 passes.
Sanchez would have thrown for 400 if the gameplan dictated it; but it wasn't like that. We weren't playing from 20 down all game
Schaub put up damn near 500 yards lol, I'm voting Sanchez obviously but it's gonna be tough for him to win this week
awwww he goes from rookie of the week last season to Air player of the week. He's growing up so fast.
I remember this time last year everyone was looking for nacho to be the rookie of the week every week, and then his performance took a dive. Hopefully this year he'll just keep getting better each week as long as Rex puts away all his WR's car keys
That Texans/Redskins game reminded me of the Kenny O/Marino game about 25 years ago. Two QB's combine for nearly 1000 yards in one game. Best part is I had McNabb on the bench for Flacco...
