hey guys, a buddy of mine lives in the seattle area. anyway, they're talkin' there about mawae possibly returning to the seahawks. hmmm ~ ~ ~
The Seahawks drafted their center of the future in the first round of last year's draft. Chris Spencer. And considering that Mawae is all of one year younger than Chris Gray or Reggie Tobeck, I don't think they will sign him.
Let's get a 3rd rounder for him, he's only in the top 5 in Cs in the game. We can then keep Kendall at C and then fill holes at LG and RT in the draft/FA.
apparently they are concerned about Steve Hutchinson/og. they will probably " tag " him if they can not sign him to a new contract.but, there is still the possibility they may lose him. so, if we release/cut mawae . . . p.s. " . . . Steve Hutchinson the most significant of the team's 15 scheduled unrestricted free agents. The team has until Thursday to reach a long-term deal with Hutchinson, or it likely will designate him the franchise player by the 1 p.m. deadline. The five-year veteran would then be guaranteed a one-year contract worth $6.98 million ? the average salary of the five highest-paid offensive linemen in 2005. The Seahawks could still negotiate a long-term contract with Hutchinson until March 17 without losing the franchise tag for the duration of any agreement. After the 17th, however, the team would have to wait until July to re-sign the player if it didn't want to lose the franchise designation in future years. Przed wydaniem płyty VN mają wystąpić w mniejszych klubach w Niemczech, a duża trasa planowana na jesień ! !
who better to teach spencer than mawae ? ? seriously, think about it; mawae playing right NEXT to spencer on the OL ( at the OG spot ) . mawae would be RIGHT there during the game to give spencer some pointers/show him the ropes/make some suggestions, etc. p.s. the seahawks have a MUCH better chance to play in NEXT year's super bowl than our jets . . . I THINK KEVIN MAWAE WOULD LIKE TO PLAY IN AT LEAST ONE SUPER BOWL ~ ~ BEFORE ~ ~ HE RETIRES . . .
Where is your logic here. You just said that he is one of the top five in the league. Why the hell would we want to bring Kendall back to center, where he was shit and get a damn 3rd rounder. I just dont see how theat even attempts to make our team any better. OUr O line was our weakest point last year and you are talking about trading away the only guy who would start on every team in the league for a third rounder
He was being sarcastic, but it was just stupid and pointless. He's going to post now that he was being sarcastic as if somehow that will absolve him of the quote.
