Watching last nights game made a few things very clear, but he main thing is how the jets are constantly mismatched on both sides of the ball.

Brady is great, all time top 5 qb IMO.

But, let's face it, the guy is throwing to a wide open player Sooooo often.

How many times was welker, woodhead or a rb or te running without a jet within 5 yards? It seemed like almost 1/2 of the plays.

Conversely, sanchez was constantly forced to throw into very tight windows, nobody was open, or if someone was open it took too long and he was running for his life.

Let's not kid ourselves, this is a very very talented roster, especially on offense.

In the NFL so much comes down to schemes in the salary cap era.

I find it hard to believe against that defense, ranked last in the league, with Edwards, holmes, Keller and Tomlinson, the jets were unable to create any real mismatches, and struggled for yards the way they did, and have for most of the year.

On both sides of the ball, the jets are constanly getting outschemed.

Yes, they are 9-3, but could so easily be 6-6 or even worse.

They literally pulled off miracles against Detroit, Denver and Houston.

I ask you this, how many times have the jets tried a slant play that was unsuccessful?

I cannot remember many at all, yet, they rarely ever use it.

I am very very dissapointed with both sides of the staff this year.

This team is far too talented to be on the wrong side of mismatches as often as they are.
