Alright, this is my first thread so bare with me.

First off what's going on from the hot middle east. Hanging out at the navy base over here, trying to find something on live TV with the draft but nothing but local channels come up, so internet is going to have to work for now, which it is.

Since everyone is throwing in their 2 cents, I figure why not go for it.

Remember about 5 or so years ago when Chad first came on the scene? He was hyped up and he did live up to that name for a little bit. Lack of O-line caused sacks causing the injury leaving us stumbling at QB position today. Now I would address the QB position early, as everyone wants that "star position" player (RB,QB,WR,LB) but last season how many QBs did we lose? Now one....maybe 2 I wouldnt be worried....but hurting 3 QBs in 1 season kind of rings a bell as far as the souce. Its simply the O-line. Martin who is a hall of famer had a rushing title 2 years ago and last year was terrible....the source? The o-line. Plus we lost Kevin Mwae who is a pro-bowler....his positon was on the O-line. Bush is a play maker but isnt worth nothing without someone blocking for him. leinart could boom into the next big QB but without anyone blocking for him basically wer elooking at a younger version of Pennington, sitting with a headset and visor on the sidelines. Will the Jets be an exciting team? probably not, but since when does excitement have to do with winning? Ide rather watch the Jets go to the playoffs playing "slow" and "boring" then watching Bush, Leinart or a single top botch player on the becnh. Front office did a smart job in trying to get started on building a dynasty instead of a contender.

Oh yeah, here's an example for you. Vick who is a playmaker....doesnt have the best OL. Now given hes a scrambling QB he doesnt have enough time to plant his feet leading to alot of INTs alot of time for their defense to get tired on the field.
